• Our prices are in Euros per apartment / night including VAT plus Local tax € 2,80 person / night (children under 14 years free); the guest card is included in the local tax . Plus € 132,– final cleaning.
• Deposit: the booking, confirmed in writing, is only valid for more than 50% of the booking amount within 10 days after receipt of your deposit.
• Final payment: 14 days before arrival (bank transfer).

…ABOUT RESERVATIONS AND ARRIVAL/DEPARTURE

• Arrival: the apartments are available from 4 p.m.
• Departure: the apartment is available until 10 a.m.

…ABOUT CANCELLATIONS

• If you do not start your holiday and we can rent the apartment to someone else if you cancel in time, there will be no cancellation costs. If this is not the case, the following cancellation conditions apply:
  > up to 3 months before arrival – free of charge
  > 3 – 1 month before arrival – 40 % cancellation fee of the total price
  > 1 month to 1 week before arrival –  70 % cancellation fee of the total price
  > in the last week before arrival – 90 % cancellation fee of the total price
• The right of revocation according to § 18 para. 1 line 10 FAGG does not apply. For further details regarding bookings and reservations, the Austrian hotel contract conditions of 15 November 2006 of the trade association of accommodation companies are agreed.
• Travel cancellation insurance protects you from cancellation fees.
